Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If a cancellation request is made after shipping or the parcel is rejected at delivery, two-way shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds & Returns

Food products are not returnable unless there is a quality issue with the product.

Any quality issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Before returning a product, please ensure:

The product was purchased in the last 14 days.

The product is unused and unopened.

Refund may not be issued without the return of the product.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

Kindly provide photographs of the damage so we can assess whether the product is eligible for recall or disposal.

Refunds may not be issued without the return of the product unless disposal is approved.
