If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • If a cancellation request is made after shipping or the parcel is rejected at delivery, two-way shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds & Returns

  • Food products are not returnable unless there is a quality issue with the product.

  • Any quality issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  • Before returning a product, please ensure:

    • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.

    • The product is unused and unopened.

    • Refund may not be issued without the return of the product.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.


Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

  • Kindly provide photographs of the damage so we can assess whether the product is eligible for recall or disposal.

  • Refunds may not be issued without the return of the product unless disposal is approved.
